What are the arrival and departure times?
For pitches: arrival from 2 pm, departure before 12 pm, in July and August. Outside of these two months, we can adapt to your needs.
For rentals: arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am, in July and August. Outside of these two months, we can be more flexible; please contact us.
Is there a minimum stay?
For pitches: there is no minimum stay.
For rentals: in July and August, the minimum stay is 10 days. Arrival days are the days except for the house, which is Monday.
Outside of these two months, the minimum stay is two nights. Where can I park my vehicle? Each rental and each pitch has a parking space. Do I need to bring my own linens? Yes, you can bring your own linens. We also offer optional extras for those who want to travel lighter: bed linens, towels, and a cleaning package. I have teenagers, what do you offer? Looking for a water park and slides? Look elsewhere! Here, it's the river, a natural water park, canoeing, paddleboarding, and a pool to relax in… We offer nature and sports activities so they can get together and meet each other.Can I travel with my pet?
Pets are welcome on the pitches, upon presentation of their up-to-date vaccination record, except for categories 1 and 2. Pets are welcome in the standard and air-conditioned standard rentals (except in July and August).
Can I charge my car at the campsite?
Using the electrical outlets at your pitch or rental to charge your vehicle is prohibited, as this could cause a power outage on the campsite. In the event of illegal charging, management will collect a €95 penalty.
Can I rent a refrigerator?
We do not offer refrigerator rentals at the campsite.
However, we work with the company Friloue: https://www.friloue-location.com/ which can deliver your refrigerator to your location. If you haven't found the answer to your question, please contact us without delay!
